YOGA & MEDITATION

I am currently teaching regular weekend Yin Yoga classes on Saturday mornings and Sunday evenings at Inner Lifetime, a lovely boutique yoga studio in Lincoln. Classes are available to join in person if you’re local, or streamed online! Book via Inner Lifetime.

I am also currently teaching a monthly in person Candlelit Yin Yoga class in Carlton-le-Moorland, Lincolnshire. Book these classes here.

Yin Yoga at Inner Lifetime

Join me on Saturday mornings at 11.30AM, or Sunday evenings at 7.30PM, in person at Inner Lifetime, Lincoln, or online via Zoom. Saturday morning’s Yin Yoga class is a 60-minute gently energising practice, designed to ease you into your weekend. Sunday evening’s Yin and Yoga Nidra class is a 75-minute practice, designed to help you wind down from your weekend and find deep rest.

CANDLELIT YIN yoga IN CARLTON

This monthly 60-minute Yin Yoga class in Carlton-le-Moorland’s lovely village hall promotes balance and relaxation in a lovely, warm, cosy space. Beginners friendly, suitable for all levels. Bring a yoga mat and some comfy cushions/blankets and relax in the gentle soundscapes, lavender scents and (battery powered) candlelight that accompanies this practice.
