My online and private Yoga classes are currently on pause, while I take some time to rest and reset, and return to my own practice. yin yoga & yoga nidra (online)

75 minutes of Yin Yoga and a relaxing Yoga Nidra guided practice. Yoga Nidra translates as ‘Yogic Sleep’, and this practice is designed to help you unwind, release the pressures of every day life and connect with your body and mind. It’s like Savasana… but better!

CANDLELIT YIN YOGA (local)

Online yoga is great and convenient, but if you are local and want to try a class with me in real life, my Candlelit Yin classes are for you. This 60 minute class promotes balance and relaxation in a lovely, warm, candlelit space. Gentle soundscapes and lavender scents accompany this cosy practice.
