WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Just bring yourself and your yoga mat!
Yin Yoga is a very still, slow practice, and so you will want to ensure you are warm enough with plenty of layers - and I highly recommend cosy socks.
Yin Yoga props, including large and small bolster cushions, yoga blocks, eye pillows and blankets are provided. If you have your own and you would prefer to use those, feel free to bring them along.
