here’s what it looks like:
day 1: fri 21 Jan
An introductory session and pre-work! You’ll receive your electronic workbook, PDFs to print, and an overview of what’s coming up the following week throughout the Challenge.
DAY 2: MON 24 jan
The Background of Burnout. What it is, what causes it, how it manifests, and how to beat it! This session will focus on the Burnout Cycle, and the differences between Prevention and Recovery.
day 3: Tues 25 jan
The nervous system - and the part it plays in Burnout! We’ll get into the science of fight or flight vs rest and digest, and you’ll learn methods to switch between these states.
DAY 4: WEDS 26 Jan
Mindful Movement and Meditation! You’ll learn the basics of Meditation, and the benefits of Mindful Movement when managing your Burnout. This day includes a FREE Yin & Yoga Nidra class!
DAY 5: THURS 27 Jan
The importance of Identity. You’ll explore who you are - away from the things that are causing your Burnout. Identify root causes, personality traits, and find the things that make you truly happy.
DAY 6: FRI 28 Jan
Review and Reflection. We’ll review all the week’s content, reflect on learnings, and there’ll be an opportunity to join a live group coaching session to get deeper into topics that have interested you.
