I’ve been where you are right now. Chronically stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted both physically and emotionally, and utterly and completely done with it all. I used to be obsessed with my job, I let it take over my whole life, I didn’t recognise the symptoms of Burnout until I pushed myself way too far and finally - I Burned Out. I collapsed from Burnout and Exhaustion, broke down, crashed out of the life I knew, and had to start all over again.

It was scary as hell - and healing was hard work. I didn’t know where to start! I learned a lot of lessons throughout my recovery journey - and now I’m here to share them with you.

Burnout doesn’t have to be an ending - it’s a new beginning! Whether you’re trying to avoid it, or trying to find your way back from it - Burnout is an opportunity to step back, re-assess and reset your life. Look at everything that isn’t working, and replace it with more of what is!

The Opposite of Burnout is Happiness and Real Happiness comes from finding Balance. It’s doing the things that make us happy, and being happy in everything we do. And learning that the things we thought made us happy… actually don’t! I can help you find the balance you desperately need - just like I did!

YOUR COACHING ADVENTURE BEGINS!

If you decide that you want to go ahead with coaching, I will send you all of the details over email. This will include my Coaching Agreement and full payment information.

Once your payment has been made (or your first payment if you are following a payment plan) I’ll send you access to your Google Doc complete with pre-work questions, prompts and session schedule.

I’ll send you a code that allows you to book into any of my live Yoga classes and Meditation sessions.

I’ll set you up with Voxer, so we can start chatting! This is a messaging platform - just like WhatsApp or similar platforms - but I only use Voxer for my clients, so you can be sure that messages never get mixed up with personal chats.

OKAY BUT - HOW MUCH DOES IT ACTUALLY COST?

You didn’t expect me to put the prices on the website did you? Well, I’m doing it! I can’t stand it when coaches hide their rates like some kind of dirty secret. I’m awesome at what I do, and I’m worth every penny of my very reasonable rates! So here you go…

 

12-week programme

My 12-week programme means you get a one-to-one session every 2 weeks, and plenty of contact in between along with worksheets, prompts, questions, feedback and of course, yoga and meditation classes. If you’re juggling your recovery with work, family, or other commitments, you’re going to need that in-between time. Healing takes a lot of time and effort!

I built this programme based on my own Burnout Recovery experience and timeline. That’s how I know it works!

Bespoke variations on the programme are also available.

The investment for my 12 week programme is £995 (single payment) or 3 payments of £345.

SINGLE 60 min SESSION

If you don’t feel in a position to commit to my 12-week programme, but you know you’re on the verge of Burnout - or Burning out right now! - and you need support and guidance, a single session is a great place to start.

You can still sign up for my free 30 minute consultation if you are interested in this option! And we can chat about your needs and book our 60 minute session in.

If you decide you want to switch to the 12-week programme after our single session, you can simply top up the cost and we can crack on from there.

The investment for a single 1:1 is £179, for a 60 minute session with option to extend.
