THIS PROGRAMME WILL HELP YOU
IDENTIFY it
Learn what Burnout is, and how to avoid it. Identify the root causes of your stress, understand the stress cycle and learn the skills to start to interrupt it. Develop self-awareness and embrace your identity, ideals, values and happiness away from what you do, or what role you play.
TAKE ACTION
Build a routine that serves you, that gives you time for rest, restoration and self-care. Establish healthy habits and boundaries, learn Mindfulness techniques and practices, reset your nervous system and connect your body and mind, and find the path that works for you toward a Balanced life.
FIND BALANCE
Get on top of your stress and then figure out what you want your life to actually look like. Let’s work together to make that life happen for you! Identify what Balance means to you, prevent Burnout from keeping you from that life, and find the way to live a life with the Balance you need.
