Hi! I’m Maggie, your Burnout Prevention and Recovery Coach.

I’m a former Frazzled Exec turned Burnout Survivor. I Burned Out spectacularly in 2019, and since then have been committed to long term Burnout Recovery, and helping others either navigate their own Recovery or using Burnout Prevention techniques to avoid Burning Out in the first place! We tackle all the symptoms of Burnout; stress, overwhelm, exhaustion and the rest as part of getting a hold of your Burnout, stopping it in its tracks, and tackling the root causes that got you there so you can not only recover, but also avoid it happening again.

As a coach, I work with my clients to help them make sense of the madness that is Burnout, and find their way back. My coaching programmes are designed to help you identify the root causes of your Burnout and tackle them in simple, manageable ways. It gives you Mindfulness skills, practical practices learned through Yoga and Meditation, and a coach in your pocket whenever you need!

As well as being trained as a coach (with a focus on Life Coaching, Happiness, Life Purpose and Cognitive Behavioural Techniques) I’m a qualified Yoga Teacher and Meditation guide.

I turned my Burnout into my Supernova Moment. Instead of letting it defeat me, it became a turning point toward a new life that prioritises balance and happiness. And you can do the same!
